Section accounts are tied to a specific email address. If you sign in with a different email than the one linked to your membership or enterprise team, you'll see a separate free-tier account instead of your full access.
Try this:
- Log out, then log back in using the exact email address associated with your membership or enterprise team.
- If your company uses a custom pathway page or SSO, you can also log in directly with your work email — Section Coach will recognize your domain and connect you to your employer's account.
