I completed the course and submitted my project, but it's not showing as finished and I didn't get my badge

Course completion is recorded once all required lessons and exercises have been finished and your project has been submitted. If a single step doesn't register, your completion status may not update automatically.

Try these steps:

1. Review the course and confirm every required lesson and exercise is finished. (Optional items, such as case studies, aren't required.)
2. For on-demand courses, make sure each required video is watched to at least 90%, and that your project has been submitted.
3. Refresh the course page, or log out and back in.
4. Wait a couple of hours and check again — completion status can take a little time to sync.

About badges:

• On-demand course badges are issued automatically and immediately after we receive your project submission.
• Live workshop badges are issued by Section Support every Tuesday, the week after the workshop, once you've completed and submitted the reflection survey shared during the session.
• Badges are issued through Credly, and the notification email comes from Credly — not Section. Be sure to check for it and accept your badge.

If everything is complete and your status or badge still hasn't updated, please contact Section Support at help@sectionai.com with your course name so we can look into it.
