A blank or white screen is almost always temporary, and in most cases it clears up on its own within a minute or two.
This usually happens right after we release an update to the platform: your browser is still holding on to an older, cached version of the page. Refreshing so the browser loads the latest version is normally all it takes.
Try these steps in order:

Do a hard refresh. This reloads the page from scratch without affecting your account or your progress:
- Windows: press Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: press Cmd + Shift + R
- If it's still loading, wait a minute or two and refresh again — if an update was just released, the screen typically resolves itself shortly.
- Try opening Section Coach in another browser or an incognito/private window (we recommend an up-to-date version of Chrome or Firefox).
- As a last resort, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.

- include the page you were trying to open
- your browser
- roughly the date and time it happened.
