Section Coach uses passwordless sign-in: when you enter your email, we send a one-time verification code to your inbox. If your code isn't arriving, here's how to get back in.
Try these steps:
- Check your spam, junk, and quarantine folders. The code is sent from accounts@sectionai.com.
- Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used to register. Signing in with a different email creates a separate, free account.
- Codes expire after about 15 minutes. If yours has expired, request a new one and enter the most recent code.
- Try logging in from an incognito/private browser window, or a different browser.
If you're on a work email and still don't receive a code, your company's email security may be blocking our messages. Ask your IT team to allowlist our sending domains:
- info.sectionai.com
- mail.sectionai.com
- sectionai.com.
