I'm getting verification code emails I never requested — is my account secure?

If a verification code arrives in your inbox that you didn't ask for, your account is still secure — and you don't need to take any action.

Because Section Coach uses passwordl-ess email sign-in, the only way to access your account is through a code sent to your own inbox. If someone enters your email address on our login page, our system sends a code that only you receive. Without access to your email, they cannot get in.

You can safely ignore any verification codes you didn't request. If you'd like us to take a closer look, or you're receiving a large number of these codes, contact Section Support at help@sectionai.com and we'll have our engineers investigate the issue.
