I can't highlight or drag the text in an exercise

Some exercises ask you to highlight, select, or drag text. These interactions can occasionally fail due to browser compatibility, browser extensions, or device limitations (especially on mobile devices).

A quick tip first: when highlighting a phrase, try not to include the period at the end of the sentence. Leaving the period out often resolves the issue right away.

If that doesn't work, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page and try the interaction again.
2. Switch to a supported, up-to-date browser (we recommend Chrome).
3. Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools, which can interfere with interactive elements.

Please note: there's no need to clear your browser cache for this issue. A standard refresh is enough, and it won't affect your exercise history.
