I keep getting "There was a problem creating the exercise. Please try again."

Exercises in Section Coach are generated in real time by AI based on your responses. Occasionally that generation fails — usually because the request timed out, the page briefly lost its connection, or a response wasn't fully processed. When this happens you may see "There was a problem creating the exercise. Please try again," and in some cases the session may log you out.

Try these steps:

1. Refresh the page and resubmit your response.
2. Make sure your internet connection is stable before generating the exercise again.
3. If it keeps happening, open the course in an incognito/private browsing window and retry the exercise.

• The course and exercise you were working on (for example, Image & Video Generation).
• The date and time of day the error occurred.
• A screenshot of the error message, if you can.
