Receipts and invoices for your Section purchases are available in your Manage Billing portal. This article covers how to download them and how to request a customized invoice.
How to download a receipt
Log in at app.sectionai.com, click your profile icon, and select Manage Billing. Find the transaction you need a receipt for and click Download.
Each receipt is a PDF that includes the transaction date, amount, payment method, and your billing details.
How to request a customized invoice
If you need a invoice with custom fields, email Section Support at help@sectionai.com with:
- Your account email
- The bill-to name
- The bill-to address
- Your VAT number, if applicable
We'll send you a customized invoice within 24 hours.
What to do if you need a past receipt
All your past receipts are available in Manage Billing as long as your account is active. If your account has been closed and you need a past receipt, email help@sectionai.com and we can retrieve it from Stripe.
