When refunds are considered
Section reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are always honored when:
- You've cancelled within 30 days of your most recent renewal
- You purchased a workshop or membership in error
- A technical issue has prevented you from accessing what you paid for
How to request a refund
Email Section Support at help@sectionai.com with your account email, the purchase you're requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation. The team will respond within 24 hours.
What happens after you request
A support agent will review your request and respond with a decision. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
