Like workshops, On-Demand courses also come with an activity packet. The difference is you work through them on your own schedule. This article covers what you get, where to find it, and how to submit your project.
What you get with every on-demand course
Each on-demand course includes three things:
- Video modules — pre-recorded sessions you watch at your own pace
- An activity packet — the course slides plus exercises that double as your project
- A reflection question or survey — what you submit to earn your badge
Where to find your materials
Course materials live directly on the course page in Section Coach. Log in at app.sectionai.com → On Demand tab, click into the course, and scroll to the bottom. Look for the Project box, which contains two formats:
- A Google Slides link
- A downloadable PowerPoint (.pptx) file
Both have the same content. Pick whichever fits your tool accessiblity. If your company network blocks Google Suite, you can download the .pptx file.
If you still cannot access the documents, email Section Support and we'll send the PowerPoint directly.
Using your activity packet
The activity packet is built for hands-on work, not passive reading. Work through it alongside the video content at your own pace, and use the prompts and exercises to apply the course material to your own work. The packet doubles as your project — submitting it is what earns you the badge.
You don't share your activity packet with anyone. It's your working space.
Submitting your project
To submit your project;
- Complete at least 95% of the course content. The platform tracks this for you
- Open the project submission form (usually a Typeform linked from the course page) and submit your reflection responses.
Your badge is issued automatically within 24 hours of submission. See On-Demand → Badges & Certificates for the full badge process.
Available languages
On-Demand video content is offered in eight languages, with both closed captions and audio translations:
- English
- Spanish
- Japanese
- Chinese
- Korean
- Portuguese
- French
- Italian
You can change the language on the course player. If a specific course or language combination isn't available yet, contact Section Support.
