Your progress in Section Coach saves automatically. This article covers how progress tracking works and what carries across devices.

How progress is saved

Section Coach saves your progress as you work. You can close your browser, switch tabs, or step away mid-session and pick up where you left off — no manual save required.

This applies across the platform:

• Superpowers and Accelerators track which steps you've completed
• On-demand courses remember your last watched timestamp
• Certificate programs track which course badges you've earned

Switching between devices

Your progress follows your account, not your device. Sign in to app.sectionai.com on any browser or device, and your saved work is there. No syncing required.

What if your status doesn't update

If you've completed something but the status still shows "In Progress," it's usually a sync issue. Try the following:

• Refresh the page or log out and log back in
• Wait a couple of hours and check again — completion status can occasionally take some time to sync
• If the issue persists, email Section Support at help@sectionai.com with your account email and the course or skill name
